Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original Bluebox packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
